INPEX Establishes "DE&I (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) Policy" and Strengthens Policy and Commitment on Promoting Women's Empowerment

INPEX CORPORATION (INPEX) formally established its "DE&I Policy," which follows on from the earlier inclusion of a basic Diversity, Equity & Inclusion framework in the company's Sustainability Report, based on the Sustainability Principles.
The company also formulated a more specific policy and commitment on promoting women's empowerment.
In accordance with the establishment of its DE&I Policy, INPEX will provide a rewarding work environment and opportunities for diverse human resources to make the most of their talents and abilities and promote initiatives to address DE&I issues with a sense of unity throughout the company.
