The gas pipeline business previously conducted by INPEX CORPORATION, was inherited by its subsidiary, INPEX JAPAN, LTD. as of October 1, 2024.
Transit supply is a service in which we accept gas from a gas supplier (the transit supply requestor) through our pipelines and simultaneously supply the same amount of gas from our pipelines at a location other than where we accepted it.
Efforts to Ensure Fairness and Transparency in Pipeline Network Use
In implementing our Transit supply service, our company has established regulations for handling transit supply operations to ensure fairness and transparency in the use of our pipeline network, and we commit to complying with these rules. The manager in charge of information management and compliance with these regulations will be the Pipeline Unit General Manager. Additionally, in the execution of operations related to the Transit supply service, we have established a Pipeline Unit responsible for transit supply-related operations. This structure allows for information to be compartmentalized from our marketing division.
