Sales/Marketing Knowledge and experience in marketing and sales of diverse energies are required in order to provide optimal products/services and added value to all customers in Japan and overseas, plan and implement marketing strategies targeting new customers aimed at expanding customers, and exercise appropriate supervision thereof.
HR development/Diversity Based on the belief that divesification of human resources and cultivation of human resources with whom values can be shared are important to sustainably promote responsible management as a global company, diverse knowledge and experience in the fields of human resources, education, promotion of empowerment of women, etc. are required in order to plan and implement strategies related to human resources development and diversity, and exercise appropriate supervision thereof.
