INPEX acquired 50 percent of shares in Enel Green Power Australia Pty. Ltd (EGPA), a subsidiary of Enel Green Power S.p.A (EGP), one of the world's largest renewable energy companies and a subsidiary of the leading Italian electricity and energy company, Enel S.p.A, in July of 2023. We are participating in a value chain-type electricity business in Australia. The Girgarre solar farm project is located in Victoria. Construction began in 2023, and we aim to start commercial operations in the first half of 2025.In July 2023, INPEX acquired 50 percent of the shares of Potentia Energy Pty.
